Sugar Artist Sidney Galpern discovered how easy it was to apply transparent images onto isomalt. This is the first edible paper that you can pour hot isomalt directly onto and have the image transfer, leaving just the edible ink pattern.

The New Simi Sugar Transfer Sheets can also be used with a variety of other mediums such as meringue, chocolate, gelatin, and many other possibilities yet to discover!
